Dishonest salesman Brian wheeler

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Im writing because I am pissed off!!! Ive bought my brand new trailer from the Portland store earlier this year 3/22.

Stan the sales person was great. (Thats not my issue).

First problem: 3 months down the road one of my slide cables needed to be replaced. I called and left a message with the parts department, as of 12/23 still no call back (oh well I wont harp on that). I actually fixed it a couple days later.

But was hoping to get my warranty to send me a new cable. At the end of this year 12/23 my friends were looking to buy a trailer, I referred them to Curtis trailer. Being that Stan in Portland did a great job as a salesman, I thought all would be the same. NOPE!!!

We had Brian wheeler from Beaverton location. As they are about to make a final decision on the trailer. We noticed that the hitch that came with this used trailer was missing the main pieces. We asked if they got in contact with the previous owner and salesman said they couldnt find the pieces and will order the parts.

I asked what is the comparison from that used hitch and the R3 distribution hitch? He said the used one is the base model and the R3 would be a better hitch. I asked since you have to order the pieces, can my friend give back the old hitch and pay the difference of the R3? He said, dont worry we will just eat the cost sweet (3 people heard what he said).

Salesman wrote on the contract that my friend will receive a new R3 800lb distribution hitch. My friend picks up trailer and brings home. I notice the old hitch is still on the trailer and the new one is nowhere in site. (Friend didnt know the difference of the 2 hitches cause this is his first trailer and hoping salesman was honest.

Friend calls and tells the salesman about issue. Salesman says he told us that if he finds it he will take it off the contract. No god damn way he said that!!! Now my friend is telling him that all 3 of us heard what he told us and salesman is saying no.

So now this guy is calling me a god damn liar??? To top it off the trailer was still filthy. The outdoor kitchen still had the burnt marshmallow sticks and sand everywhere. The water heater wasnt even flushed nor opened.

We found the anode rod completely bad. Heres another one. When asked how old the tires are. Salesman said, cant remember when they were changed but they are not the original tires.

Little did he know that I already knew the tires had the date of 2015. When asked about getting the tires replaced. Salesman says you will have to get that yourself, we dont do tires here. So lied from the start.

Im pissed because Im being called a liar from the salesman from what he said. I referred a couple people to buy from Curtis trailer and now I look like a POS that my friends are having an issue they should never have.

What a shame that service and integrity has become this low in the world. Do better Curtis trailer.

Bought a used travel trailer that had factory installed tv with a dvd/radio unit that had 5 factory installed speakers throughout the trailer. The tv had a remote, so the tv worked.

The dvd/radio unit did not have a remote. The salesperson, Jim, said " I will get you the remote." We will contact the people who owned this and ask them if they have it. Well, they sent a remote but it was wrong. They are 86 and Jim does not want to pester them again and again, even though they said they have lots of remotes.

Jim tells us sorry, I tried, you bought a used trailer and the dvd/radio unit is not as important as the fridge or furnace or water. Sorry he says.

I guess this should have been in writing. Jim should try harder to make his customer happy.

Lack of service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We pulled into the dump site during business hours to dump our tanks. The sewer was padlocked so I walkes into the showroom and askes the lady at the front desk. She directed me to the service department. I walked over to service and talked to a gentleman who said they were locked because they were getting ready to close. Not knowing exact time i said ok and walked back to my rv. I decided to at least fill my free water until they closed. Which i completely filled and when i got in to drive off i saw there was at least five more minutes to close. I could have done all of my dumping in the same amount of time it took to fill my fresh water. That was when i got upset. It says the dump is available during store hours then it should have been openes for me when i asked during store hours. If you want to close it 15 minutes or a half hour early it should be posted. I think it was pure laziness to not unlock the sewer during business hours.

Not good.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The new RV we bought; a fifth wheel toy hauler, IMPACT by FUZION by KEYSTONE appeared to be slightly used. Worn carpets and a missing remote control, wet, warped rotted particle board table. Should have raised a flag. We ignorantly ignored that. Being excited of our big expensive purchase... After purchase and set up they did replace said items. (With an obnoxious time frame and a few calls) Bought the "top notch extended warranty " assuming we were covered exceptionaly with origional manufacturer's warranty and supreme extended warranty. Happy campers !!.

We use our toy hauler as a weekend cabin. Slowly we noticed little things like warping wood trim, soggy carpet.... Feeling ok and insured about the two warrantys.

It was'nt until we decided to stay more often in the unit that we decided to move the couch out of the living room slide out and make a little work station to work virtual in our weekend cabin that we noticed an extra squishy and soft floor. Oh No !!! Reported that to Curtis trailer along with a leaking MBR slide and mold growing inside of the unit on interior wall where the awning supports are mounted.

Felelng we were covered under both warrantys. Shortly after finding these problems and not able to take to Curtis due to work and scheduling ( on Curtis' and our schedule) we took the RV on a trip. Set up,had fun and an enjoyed an outing!! Apon packing up, the living room slide struggled to retract. We push it in assisting the power slide mechansim and immediately call Curtis and tell them we are dropping it of.

We dropped it off. Showed them the problems....was told it would be ready in 1 week! It wasn't. Got the run around over and over... Finally at the pick up date, we picked it up. NOTHING was fixed. Except an a/c unit. (Another lie and problem) We had a freezer full of elk meat and seafood. That was promised to be plugged in and we did not need to clear out at drop off. It will e plugged in and taken care of.... That was in Summer. Upon pickup of the RV everything had rotted and gone to waste. It smelled like rigamortis. Lost all game meat and the smell of rigamortis Took months to get rid of with bleach . absolutely the worse smell ever. Blood running and dripping... So terrible. We were offered a grocery store trip to replace the meat. You can't replace the meat we had though. We opted not to do that. Anyway, we lost meat (and other perishables)

And the problems with the RV were never fixed. Scheduling and warranties....

NOTHING was fixed. Just several trips (177miles each way) and just a damn runaround excuse and HUGE head ache. Just an estimate to replace entire slide out for approx $7,000. With 2 warranties, you'd expect a better outcome.

The smell of DEATH from the "promised to be taken care of" fridge and freezer. Took it to Curtis twice. Was without for weeks. Multiple 177 mile each way trips. Curtis knew the problems and it sat there twice. With nothing repaired. Waste of money and time each time. So disappointed. Can't get that back.

Long story short (very short) Curtis Trailers did not fulfill the 1 year manufacturer warranty or the very expensive extended warranty. Curtis Trailer's technition and service writer both said Keystone RV manufacturer did NOT put a seal or molding piece on the RV slide out during construction of the unit. IT WAS NEVER PUT ON !!!! EVER!!!! Causing a slow leak which water has over a period of time slowly leaked in from the missing seal down into the walls. Insulation was ruined and BLACK MOLD has grown since. Since the construction of the RV. It rains a lot in the Pacific anorthWest!!! Only because we took the couch out of said slide, we found this problem. Curtis says it's not thier fault even though they sold us an inferior product which has been inspected by them.... A few times. The unit had been moved to off site sales and to thier other facility in another town... (Hence the "used" accusation) or it very might have been sold once and returned and re sold as new.

So after learning all of this, with an estimate of at least $7,000, we tried explorring other options with Curtis Trailers. In fact, they didn't want the unit as a teade in even after the completion of the repairs! They did not want to take it as a trade in for a new RV after it was fixed. Serious. They treated us good until they discovered the problem. Then, not very good and they didn't even want us to buy a new RV with this trade in. The story is bigger but I shortened it. Keystone RV, the quality and construction was horrible and cheap. All corners cut are noticeble. Even the frame rusting. The 2 fold out stairs rusting...

The hitch king pin which never gets touched by anything but air has rusted so badly. The stabilizing jacks so rusted... Everything metal is rusted. Badly. Too much thinner in the paint to cut corners Keystone ? All of these problems was in the first year of ownership. The rust just gets worse....

Don't buy a Keystyone RV. Don't buy from Curtis Ttailers in Portland,Oregon.

I have left out other details due to time and frusfration of writing this.

I should take pictures and video.

Mich more problems to list.... Unhappy Campers.

Totally different level of disrespect of your customer after the sale. How can they do that.

I know it's true because similar, but different things happened to me with my "New" 2018 Cougar Trailer! The LIES they tell, to your face. When there was other customers around, they were pretty silent. I took advantage of that when there were 3 other customers in the Service (Or, Non-Service Department) and I made a stink regarding my trailer.

One customer talked to me outside after I made a very small scene. They've lost my business for life, also my families and several of my friends who have NOT done business with Curtis ever since they screwed me out of about $2,000+!!! The Curtis Trailer owners must be blind! They must be so rich they don't care a damn about losing Thousands of dollars of business.

They don't care about their customers at all!!! It's no secret. Read these reviews. Nice ads on TV, but I wish people would look further into these Reviews before they spend their money.

While in the parking lot, which I was on several occasions, lot's of miles driven, I talked to, maybe, 10 other Curtis Trailer customers there for service. The story was the same. Second verse, same as the first. If I was running that service department, NO, if I was an owner, I would fire HALF of the Service Department!

There are some good people there, but the one's in charge seem to be a bit Nazi like. Sad, ohhhhhhh so sad!

DON'T BUY AT CURTIS TRAILERS!!! Ken j.

I could recommend buying a trailer from them as long as you don't use their service for repair. Poor and unprofessional. The electric side to my water heater didn't work. I brought it in to get a warranty repair on it. When the service tech called me he laughed about how the mfgr forgot to hook it up to the 110v. What's even more lame is that Curtis' pre-check didn't even test it otherwise they would've found that issue. AND what's even more lame than that, besides replacing the rocker switch panel upside down, is they hooked the water heater back up and still didn't test it because it STILL doesn't work. Talk about Mickey Mouse service techs! It's hard to find good customer service. It seems they are just another typical reseller.

Bought a trailer from them three years ago. Roof had a leak. was going to consign it on their lot. Service manager quoted $1700 to fix roof so I brought the trailer in consignment inspection. Service manager then quoted me $9000 to fix roof and then charged me $80 for looking at it. There is a disconnect between the sales and service department. Liars and Thugs is what represents Curtis Trailers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I signed our papers on March 13th 2018 and one thing we didn’t receive was a sink cover. So the salesman named Omar said that there was 5 other trailers that didn’t have them either.

But come back on Monday and we’ll have one for you. Omar didn’t work on Monday but was told to come in on Tuesday and he’ll fix me up. Tuesday came I drove in to pick it up. What Omar had for me was an original sink cover that someone had hand cut to fit and it looked horrible.

So I called to complain and a sales manager named Jim Snoozy called me back to tell me that Omar and crew had no business cutting that sink cover and that when I come back they would have an outside source to make me a new one. I brought the trailer back on April 22 for repairs. When I picked it up two weeks latter to find another sink cover that hand been hand cut again. I called Jim Snoozy back to complain again about the unprofessional work that was being done and what happened to the outside source.

Jim said that he never told you that we would have an outside source come in here. The first lie! Then started to raise his voice and was yelling at me. Then he told me that sometimes the counter tops might be bad and that might be the problem.

Our conversation continued and I brought the countertop again and Jim then said that he had never said anything about a countertop. I said, you just did Jim. He said he didn't the second lie. The next morning I texted Jim at 5:00 AM and asked him if I could come talk to him that morning, he text me back at 7:45am and said 9:00.

I showed up at 9:00 and was invited into his office and asked about the outside source that he told me that would come in to make me a new one. He got very loud and said I never told you that. I said if the the first sink cover wasn’t excepted, how is the second one done the same way, is. That’s what we do here Jim said and if you don’t like it we can give you one and you can go fix it yourself.

I said why do I have to fix your *** work. Jim is getting very mad now and stood up and tried to put his face in mine with a desk between us and said that I should get the *** out of his office. So I guess Jim doesn’t like to be called out about what he has said in the past, which was a lie to begin with. So I stood up and was heading for the door and opened it when Jim got in my face about 2” from it, turned me around shoved by shoulder and body into the door and door jamb and out I went.

I’m 66 years old, I weigh 160lbs and Jim is a lot young and his weight is about 260 lbs. Not much of a match now is there? I’m out of his office now and headed for the door and as I was going out Jim had to say, I touched him first, in front of coworkers for cover I guess, just another lie. I got into my truck and called Keystone and told them what had happened.

Keystone said they would help find someone to fix my problems which is a good thing because I would never let Curtis Trailers ever get another penny of my money. They also said that they have new sink covers that would fit my trailer, all that has to be done is order it. Also I call the Washington County Police to file a report for assault. The police came my house to take pictures of my shoulder which had a red streak on my left shoulder from hitting the door jamb.

The police went to Curtis Trailers and had a talk with Jim and since there were no one to see what happened, nothinh happened to Jim. I guess that’s why he closes the door behind you when you go into his office. Bottom line, if you want to be lied to and roughed up go buy your new trailer from Curtis Trailers. Have fun with that!!

I guess that’s why they have horrible reviews. Less than half of their customers leave there happy with their new trailer.

My experience at Curtis Trailer went sour when "Nick" got involved. Originally, Nick told me he was the service manager, which he is not!

They seem to enjoy making a customer uncomfortable and it's a game for them to run up a service bill when it is not necessary. My new trailer came with a outdoor kitchen which was not adequate. I simple ASKED them is there was a replacement kitchen configuration that would work better. Also, the one the factory put in the trailer was broken and didn't fir properly.

Their eventual answer was NO. Later, I was billed about $65 "Labor" because one of their technicians had to look at it to see if there was another option. I saw the "technician" look at it, measure it's width then close the door. Total time: Less than 5 minutes!

I was charged for 1/2 hour. For actual work I requested I should have been billed approximately $300-$400 TOPS. Ultimately, while holding my trailer hostage which Nick eluded to, my bill was nearly $2,500 for parts & labor. Did I mention they ripped my bathroom door right off it's hinges, splitting the door so it was unable to be fixed?

Yeah, they did that too, involving TWO more 200 mile round trip drives @ 8mpg they would not reimburse. Probably 40-50 hours of my time they would not compensate. Did I mention they would not let me take my trailer before I paid the $2,500 bill??? I was so flustered and felt beat up on I handed them my Visa.

In my heart of hearts I feel they still owe me about $2,000 for unauthorized "Labor Charges." All I can say is I have about 12 friends who are RV'ers. A few of them bought their trailers at Curtis Trailer, including my brother who bought a 38' Keystone High Dollar 5th Wheel. Once Nick was done with me, ALL OF MY FRIENDS were done with Curtis Trailer especially their Service Department. I keep thinking of all the money Curtis Trailer has lost because of their Service Department's employees (Nick especially) abusing just one of their customers, me, and obviously many others per the reviews here...

Some of my friends were upgrading their RV's and were heading to Curtis Trailer to buy. They changed their ideas as we went over the receipts Curtis provided to me, and miscellaneous or erroneous labor charges that started up for things that other RV Dealerships do as a courtesy with no charges. One spent $75,000+ on a new 5th wheel at a different dealership (BYoungRV) and traded their 32 footer in on it. Another bought a huge Car Hauler 5th Wheel and spent nearly $100,000 at Portland RV, a dealership I never heard of.

Another Upgraded to a 34' Diesel Pusher Motor Home and spent $140,000, or so, which I don't think Curtis Trailer handles BUT, Bob wouldn't go to Curtis Trailer no matter what he ended up buying...There's more and will be friends of mine who will not go in the future. Nick had no idea who he was dealing with and what friend base I have and network with often. Several of us go camping together from time to time. Or, nowadays, should I say we go "Glamping!?" There is so much more I could say and folks who have emailed me to list their complaints there at Curtis Trailers.

It's too bad. Back in 1958, or so, my dad bought a li'l ol' 1 year old used 16' Fireball Trailer from Curtis Trailer's 1st location on S.E. Powell Blvd (I believe) We kept that little trailer for about 8-9 years before trading up. I wanted to continue that tradition with Curtis Trailer with my son and my daughter and their significant others who are just now getting into the RV world.

Ain't gonna happen!

Not with Curtis Trailers!!! Ken j.

I had many other problems but one of them was my 2018 Keystone Cougar's sink cover didn't fit, from the factory. I complained about it with a list of problems, that being one of them.

Bottom line, I was charged at least a 1/2 hour Labor for the sink cover along with Labor for other trailer faults, all from the factory. I was not told about any additional labor charges. My bill, in the end, was approx. $2,500, about $2,000 of it BOGUS!

I knw I would have a bill around $400-$500, no problem. But, $2,500? Nick, the Service Advisor working there laughed in my face about it! Horrible customer service and, as a 68 year old senior, there were times, especially when I had to talk about their non-negotiable bill with the actual Service Manager, I sensed I was in trouble.

No one should be treated this way. Anywhere! It is a time of our liveswhen we don't have many years left, we buy an RV to enjoy times in our lives and people like the guys in their Service Department treat you like *** I just don't get it! I was in a HUGE Sales Team at Dex Media locally and retired from there.

We bent over backwards for the customer to be RIGHT 100% of the time....Even if they weren't right. Real close to 100% POSITIVE Customer Reviews....Always!

I rate Curtis Trailer 4 Stars overall. I rate their Customer Service in the Service Department 2 Stars overall because of their Service Manager, Nick

Original review Jul 12, 2018
7/12/18: My brand new travel trailer's electric water heater didn't work. Nick, the very rude Service Dept manager (he said!?) is giving me crap about repairing it on warranty. Also, they sold the original owner (a friend) who never used the rig and I bought from him 5 months later) the wrong tongue jack. It's an Auto Leveling System by LCI. The tongue jack is also a LCI and the computerized system talks to the tongue jack to Auto Level. Simple. But the customer wanted a shorter jack to open his pick-up tail gait for his dogs. Mike Birch, a Curtis Salesman, recommended a Bulldog Tongue Jack, which DOES NOT Work with the LCI System, rendering the Auto System useless. I am disabled and bought the trailer NEEDING the Auto Leveling System. They NEVER should have put the Bulldog Tongue Jack on the trailer. Now, to correct THEIR MISTAKE, they require me to purchase the LCI Jack (I asked for it but Nick, the Service Manager?, said they threw the brand new LCI jack away...?) and also pay Labor, which they charge $145 an hour now!!! ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE DOLLARS an Hour!!! Can you believe that??? They also crushed my bathroom door and it's been on order for 2 weeks now and today I was told, by Nick, it could be weeks and weeks before they get my replacement door in. So, I will have an upcoming service call, 180 mile r/t drive, for the bathroom door, a repaired electric water heater and the replacement of the tongue jack. Not a Happy Camper! After the work is done on my 32' trailer, I will go to another RV Dealership for all repairs and to purchase parts also! I would NOT recommend buying anything at Curtis Trailer. Nick is downright mean. He says he's "Direct..." I say "Downright Mean" and non-amiable at all!!! Don't buy East or West!!! There are better RV Dealerships here in the Portland/Metro area. Nick emoted Terrible terrible Customer Service and rigidity. Kind of fwelt like he was "Power Tripping" quite a bit. I worked in an industry where Customer Service was the #1 priority. Plus, I trained it and more for nearly 30 years...He would fail in my industry/job, which I cannot divulge to protect the innoscent....Me!... ...BTW, most of the Service Department folks are really nice. So are the salespeople, even though they apparently don't know all the mechanics of these modern trailers. (i.e. LCI Tongue Jack...!) But once Nick gets a hold of you....Watch Out!!! Dead

You are not the original owner. The warranty is not transferrable. You don't seem to understand the situation and all your emotional profusion only clouds the issue for you.I have never owned an RV, but from what I understand a number of subcontractors are involved in production, allowing an endless game of pass the buck.

Obviously written by someone in Service at Curtis Trailer. Nick?

You're right, I am NOT the original owner. Per Kathy, Keystone Owner Relations, (866-425-**** Call them Mr. "Anonymous!") I AM THE "NEW" Owner of a Transferrable Warranty. Upset re; a $600 Bill.

At the end of all this, my bill, FOR WARRANTY WORK was about $2,500! New Update: More warranty work. Nick agreed to do under warranty if I corrected original complaint here in July 2018. Tried but can't do it.

"IF" I hadn't agreed to Nick's terms, my bill for todays warranty work would have been approx. $645. He said he did me a big favor. I wanted $2,000 from original BILL.

He refused! And laughed at me for asking! So, here's my reply!

Never to return!!! Ken j.

Very unsatisfied customers

We bought a top of the line brand new 2017 Montana Keystone from Curtis Trailers in Beaverton OR. over 2 months ago.

We have damaged furniture {we can not use one of the sleeper sofas at all due to it is broken}, a broken didning room chair , a non functioning satellite we bought from them and had them install it and a bent awning arm. We have contacted them multiple times about these issues . They have pretty much given us the run around. Promise to make good on these issues but here is is 10 weeks later and still no replacements.

Our sales rep " Craig" first told us he had to be the POC for damages. That all communication had to go through him. A month later after trying to contact them again a lady { Christie} returned one of our calls and said she was the POC but had not been made aware of any our issues/damages. So we gave all of our information to her .

That was over another month ago and still no replacements and so far this week not even a return phone call. We would not recommend Curtis trailers to anyone at all.

They were awesome... tell they got my check.

I puchased 2017 keystone Montana the end of July 2017 its now September, during the purchase I asked to have a satellite system installed(an additional charge of course) ... they stuck a dish on top gave me no paperwork no instruction, it is basically useless. I've call numerous times, they blow smoke and still have done nothing to fix this problem. I've had direct tv installers out 3 times after buying more equipment and still can't get the dish they installed working. the walk through was at best a joke, when I noticed the tv was crooked the salesman says "you can probably put a shim under the mounts when you get home" at least they fixed that before I left the lot. the 1st night I had it, I had my grandkids over to have a sleepover in the new 5th wheel pulled the hide a bed out and the frame was busted and unusable. I called the salesman the next day he said he'd take care of it...yep more smoke. still waiting Craig. everything they told me about repairs and replacements has been B.S. to this point. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. you should look at other dealers before you buy here...I sure wish I did. Dennis Rosell

Just look at all the other comments before you make a buying decision. That's all I can say.

I won't be back!

Neither will my brother! Neither will be a couple of his friends who have experienced totally poor customer service PLUS outright shoddy work done on the trailers themselves...Just LQQK!

DO NOT BUY FROM CURTIS TRAILERS

I had only owned my brand new trailer for four months when I discovered there was a leak. I dried the standing water, already had a dehumidifier in the unit, cranked up a portable heater and got it under cover immediately. Within a day or two the floor had started warping. I called and made an appointment and the soonest they could get me in was about a month out. I delivered it to Curtis trailers and it went straight out in the holding yard leak and all. I dropped it off on January 10, 2017 and it took them 40+ days to make the repair. when I got the call that it was ready I drove the 70+ miles just to find that there was still water on the floor in the original spot! And they had made a mess out of the inside of my trailer. the roof still leaked, they did not repair the warped floor because it may actually cause more damage at this point. they said they would fix it if it got worse......in a reasonable amount of time! Bob told me to bring it home and leave it outside to see if it was still leaking or if it was residual water from the original leak. Well its now been about a week and half since we have brought it home and it is leaking worse now then before the so called repair. Now the walls are warping, the floor is warping, the door and the roof are leaking and the taped seams are coming undone. They also noted a screw poking up into the roof membrane that has not broke through at this point, but again didn't take care of it! I told them I wanted a new trailer and their response was an offer for about half of what I paid for the vehicle 7 months ago. After reading the other 18 reviews I was shocked at the similar comments that others have experienced. This situation speaks volumes of the caliber of company a person is dealing with when it comes to Curtis trailers. I have handed this over to my attorney at this point and will give an update once this situation is resolved.

Kinda the same thing here. Leaking slide because manufacturer did not put a sealmolding piece on.

Long story short, Curtis and keystone won't fix. My story is also on here.

Impact fifth wheel toy hauler. Good luck in the future.

Tell your attorney, if he wants to have another unsatisfied customer on the list, I'm willing to be that one!

BTW, most of the Service Department folks are really nice. So are the salespeople, even though they apparently don't know all the mechanics of these modern trailers.

(i.e. LCI Tongue Jack...!) But once Nick gets a hold of you....Watch Out!!!

Twice claimed to repair my rv dishwasher, charged several hundred dollars but did not repair. 3rd time charged $500 to get my coach back and told me they could not repair the washer.

At the same time my heater would not light.

They told me the part to repair was $8, and labor would be about 200. When I picked up the coach they had tacked on a couple of hundred for finding the problem.

DO NOT EVER HAVE ANY WORK DONE BY THESE CROOKS.

Same thing happened to me, this place commits fraud!

Minimum charges for Awning Fabric Replacement

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I do not recommend Curtis Trailer for replacing your Topper awning fabric. They charge a minimum of 2.5 hours @ $135 an hour for a 45 minute job. I stood in the parking lot and watched the amount of time it took the tech to replace said Toppper Fabric. They also will quote you 2 hours minimum for any small window fabric replacements. We decided to do the 3 fabric replacements on our own and save on the labor. It took my husband 2 hours to replace all of the fabric for the 3 windows. You-tube and a brain will save you alot of $$. Camping world quoted us 1 hour minimum for each small window! I suggest you shop around or just do the work yourself if you can.
